Let me explain it to you again, Different nationalities sound differently, the reason for this is that people from other countries speak different languages and different languages sound differently therefore people from different nationalities have different voices. And not only that people from the same nationality also sound differently just people who grew up speaking the same language will have less difference in their voice then people who grew up speaking different languages (aka grew up as two different nationalities).
