I wrote this for a similar joke elsewhere, so I’m just going to copy and paste this here:

The Beach Boys are a really underrated band because they made fantastic albums that still hold up to this day, yet are almost never talked about. Almost everyone now knows about Pet Sounds, which is their undisputed masterpiece; however there should still be conversation about the albums after it. I refuse to listen to Smiley Smile due to what could have been. Wild Honey is very different than Pet Sounds because instead of the sounds of the Wrecking Crew it’s the actual boys playing their instruments. They aren’t extremely complex arrangements, but are perfect for each song. Unlike previous albums there wasn’t as much of Brian Wilson on Wild Honey because of his mental illness, but on Friends he was the main force behind it. The Wrecking Crew return and album has a nice breezy feeling throughout and is the perfect album for relaxation; although Transcendental Meditation isn’t very relaxing with its blaring horns. Most people don’t like it, but I do. Their next album, 20/20, had their first hit single in a while, Do It Again. The rest of the album is very good and includes an instrumental from member Bruce Johnston who doesn’t normally contribute more than his voice. The standout of the album is the two tracks that were from the unreleased album Smile, those being Our Prayer and Cabinessence. Fantastic songs that flow very well together. Their next record was their least successful until that point, Sunflower. Great album, not much to add other than mentioning that Cool, Cool Water was from Smile. Next was their album Surf’s Up which features a cover that no one in a million years would’ve guessed was a Beach Boys album due to its dark colors and looking sad. It was named after the Smile song Surf’s Up which appears as the last song on the album. It’s one of the greatest songs ever made and the coda makes my eyes smeared whenever I hear it. Other notable tracks include Long Promised Road, Feel Flows, and ‘Til I Die (which is underrated, even more so than a regular later Beach Boys song). Carl and the Passions - “So Tough” showed the Boys expanding into new musical directions by becoming a heavier rock band. This is continued on their next album Holland which features spoken word story sections. The next two albums, 15 Big Ones and The Beach Boys Love You are apart of the “Brian’s Back” era. Brian Wilson’s involvement with The Beach Boys was becoming less and less until he was basically nonexistent in the band. He spent nearly 3 years in bed and when he came back for these albums he was a very different person due to a combination of mental illness and drugs. 15 Big Ones commemorated 15 years of The Beach Boys and had a drastic change in the band’s sound which changed to less complicated arrangements and simpler lyrics. Love You is the similar in the fact that the lyrics are almost childish which contrasts heavily with the grown hairy men singing them. Another thing to note about it is that it is recorded entirely with synthesizers and was a pioneer in the synth pop genre. These very odd characteristics don’t detract from its quality which is actually up there with some of their best albums. After it there was supposed to be another very strange album called Adult Child that would’ve been released if not for being blocked by the label. It was completely finished, but has never been officially released. After all of that The Beach Boys recorded other less notable albums before releasing Kokomo as a surprise hit and inspiring Mike Love to make another album in the early 90s. Summer In Paradise was such a failure that The Beach Boys disbanded and only did live shows separate from other members until the band’s 50th anniversary came and they released their last album That’s Why God Made the Radio. It’s not their greatest album, but it’s perfect to end their career with especially with the final track being Summer’s Gone which was going to be the title of the album, but was too sad and was decided against.

Bees are a major pollinator of Sunflowers, therefore, growing sunflowers goes hand in hand with installing and managing bee hives. Particularly in agricultural areas where sunflowers are crops. In fact, bee honey from these areas is commonly known as sunflower honey due to its sunflower taste.
