Thinking about this shit as an adult is absolutely crazy. U telling me that the school district couldnt buy like 2 little Caesars pizzas for each class? 10$?

Ngl it was worse when there was this mom who would insist on buying pizza for her daughter's birthday for the whole class, and it would be like 4 10" pizzas for 30 kids and that would be lunch.

Pretty lucky for me in school once

I didn't make enough AR* points for the grading period so I couldn't do the pizza party in school, but the pizza they ordered was contaminated somehow and made everyone sick

* = Accelerated Reader is a system where you read a book, take a quiz on it, and earn points. Most quizzes were 5 or 10 questions, issuing 1 point per correct question. Every 9 weeks, students with over 40 points got to attend a party for a few hours, and those who didn't stayed in class.

If you ever did KidBiz3000 or TeenBiz3000, it's pretty much the same thing.

They got it from the ghetto pizzeria that also sells steak and lobster.

When I was kindergarten, I was in the really smart class with a very nice and fun teacher. Once I entered the 1st grade, all kindergarten students—regardless of intelligence—were dumped into the same class.

Tfw we had to fund our own pizza party

There was always some kid that brought it five ziplock bags stuffed full of box tops, but they were never in my class. I never did get to have a pizza party
