Road rage incident, the guy recording cut off and nearly hit the puncher. They pulled over, he walked over to the recorder and shouted “you nearly hit me, my daughter’s in the car!”. Recorder smugly responds, “..is that all?”, cue punch and window shattering. Pretty sure the puncher goes back to his car at that point and the recorder scoffs after nearly dropping his phone in fright. Then the recording ends.

I get the nitpicking, but it is possible to believe both at the same time.
It's like in hockey there can be a penalty given for both tripping and embellishment on the person who was tripped. It's like, "Yeah, he tripped you... But you flopped around like a bitch."
It's possible to believe anything, it's just weird to say that someone "deserved an overreaction". If you thought it was deserved, then why would you define the reaction as an overreaction?
It's typically not acceptable to enjoy violence unless the victim deserved it, and for further distance one can also condemn the aggressor. So you end up with "deserved the overreaction."

I'm with you, they could both be wrong, but if the driver "deserved it", that implicitly makes the actions of the puncher right. I also love discussions about language.
I think the crux of the whole thing here is that we as an observer (may) personally feel the individual deserved it, but at the same time by our current social standards and expectations it was overreacting.
So it feels wrong to simultaneously say it was both deserved and overreacting, but it can be both when we are considering it by more than one standard at once.

It can be deserved by the recorder, while also not warranted by the other guy. Frankly, it sounds like the recorder deserved quite a bit more, given how casually he plays with the lives of other people. The puncher can still be overreacting regardless of what the recorder deserved.

Modern car windows are meant to shatter. Not saying the dude didn't throw a mean fucking punch, but that window did what it was designed to do.
They're shatter into cubes because they're tempered. They have been for a very long time. Modern windows are incredibly tough except for strikes to their corners and edges or if you have something harder than the glass itself like a fragment of spark plug porcelain.

It depends. Most of their stuff is just kind of simple generic diner food, but you have to fix it up right. I pretty much exclusively go for hashbrowns all the way. You just can't find that anywhere else. The waffles are also good. They're not those super sugary spiced waffles you'll find at a boutique brunch restaurant, but they're just good simple home-style waffles.

Waffle House is simple, cheap, and fucking tasty. Stick to their breakfast foods. Also their coffee (at least to my wife and I) is some of the best coffee there is.
