what are "noise levels" and how do you measure them?
Whenever you take a picture, it will contain noise / grain. Normally, this noise should be about even across the image. But of course, if you morph the image around, it will be inconsistent.
Idk why they can't juat denoise and apply noise again. They do it in movie editing all the time.
This is from a cctv not production level cameras lot more and running something like that can mess with the image.and on the off chance it gose good it makes it easier to tell its edited

The fact you think people wouldn't be able to get guns illegally to do illegal things is hilarious. Someone who intends to use their weapons illegally have no qualms about the law so why should they procure their guns in the legal way? Canada has much tighter gun laws than we do. Besides we already have multiple gun laws in place. If you shot someone in self-defense in Pennsylvania, the family or state can take you to court. Most of the time the jury will have you imprisoned. For self-defense.
Is finding an illegal seller easier than going to Walmart? Gun control is about making it harder for people to legally acquire guns, which will indeed decrease shooting amounts. Of course for this to be truly effective you'd need to have better mental Healthcare and things like that to make sure there are less whackjobs around, but until then making it harder for a maniac to legally grab a gun in Walmart is the best way to do this until the USA decides to actually care about its problems.

Most guns you can walk in and buy at Walmart (source: I work there) are low-caliber, bolt-action, cartridge loading, hunting rifles which are absolutely terrible for shootings. Shotguns as well which they don't sell military or enforcement grade shells. Only sport (which is still decent for self defense in home). No semi-autos or autos. No handguns, no assault rifles, no deadly weapons. Those take weeks of background checks to do (for more liberal areas, I agree these should be standard).
