I remember working 12 hour shifts in a local hardware and furniture mall. They always had the same playlist on rotation, consisting of the typical not-good-enough-to-be-played-outside-of-the-mall songs. Except this one. I remember always having this soothing almost sentimental and liminal like feeling when this song played at around 9 pm every day, when there were almost no customers around, only me and several other shop assistants scattered around this massive mall.
