I have a personal belief that if a Mexican restaurant does not have good chips and salsa that their food can't top it. I know I am probably wrong but that make or breaks my restaurant experience. How do you have bad chips and salsa, but good food? The entire rest of your restaurant, the rest of your reputation in private or in public, lies in your chips and salsa.
