I think you need permission to visit there, and I think a while ago, Russia, China, and the US were arguing over who owns what in Antarctica. I bet they’re doing research on the slowly melting permafrost, but I really wonder what’s being uncovered. Maybe fossils, carcasses and diseases from the last ice age.

Hello, Peter Griffin here. This is a clever reference to hit game Destiny 2, where the antagonists of the story are associated with ships that are pyramid in shape. The music in the background is known as the “darkness” theme, commonly associated with the pyramids themselves. The theme returns for boss theme songs and general ambient music indicating evil. The story of destiny 2 itself also took place on Europa recently, an ice moon of Jupiter, so the fact that the pyramids are appearing in a cold, icy place is another clever layer of humor.

Another note is that an entity that controls the darkness, or said pyramids gave a speech at the end of the most recent DLC story. In his speech, he says "We have seen enough" which is the reference to the title of the post.

This is a reference to My favorite game Destiny 2. In this game there is a (probably) good faction called the Light and their mascot is a giant white golf ball called the Traveler. And there is a (probably) bad faction called the Darkness who’s mascot are pyramids. In the last cutscene of the most recent expansion the newly revealed big bad (who I hope we will turn into a gun) called the Witness shows the pyramid ship fleet and says “we have seen enough. The children of Sol cry out for salvation. You promised them life, but deliver only death. As you have so many before. Enough. Enough death, enough life. You have no more pieces left to place. The game is over. Do not be afraid. Your pale heart holds the key. This time there will be no escape.”
