I'm speaking for the dude in the video, mostly. the point isnt that most construction workers are men bro. the point is that men have consistently done their role in society and tate (guy in the video) is saying that women have not. he believes women do best as home makers and that it has been that way from the beginning of human history so it should remain that way. he said men have kept their roles and built the world and gone out to provide for the family and they still do that to this day, but nowadays women are no longer wanting to be homemakers and do not want to, for EXAMPLE, cook for their man when he gets home after a long day.
But then how does a woman fail society if she does not want to be a homemaker? If a woman becomes a construction worker, isn't she still fulfilling a role for society? tatechadofficial is using broad generalizations to address gender roles in society. If it was very rare overall like mass shootings (as in like a person could reasonably analyze each case as they come in) or anarchistic states its a bit more apropriate but its just totally not applicable on something that happens so often and is as nuanced as domestic abuse.

Most women that sexual harassment/rape happen to are teens or in their twenties to thirties. That's normally the usual time people in general are able to protest. Going on a protest won't mean they won't contribute to society. In case they work they'll have to request for a day off or protest in their free time. In case they are still students than the classes won't stop either so they'll still have to catch up with what was taught and have to be there in case the attendance is required.
I agree with you that women who do false accusations are absolutely horrible people! Harming an innocent person, making it more difficult for actually victims to be taken seriously and playing a victim while actually being the harm causer. However this does not excuse bashing on people who protest because of different things including sexual harassment and acting like that those protest show they aren't doing anything for society.
