It's a slowed (and very clippy) cut of Ainsi Bas La Vida by Indila.

Is it a tribrid song in French, Spanish and Portugues all at once?

Sort of. It's a play on words between languages, afaik, between "Ainsi va la vie" and "Asi va la vida". Most of the actual lyrics are French.

But I wonder where the "bas" comes from. In both French and Spanish it's written and pronunced "va"

It's pronounced "va", as in the spanish "to go/it goes", but is written "bas" intentionally referring to the french "down/low". I'm neither proficient enough at French, nor Spanish, to tell you what this ploy means - only that it means something.
