I provided both the clean version and the straight conversion, hence the names. Namely because some people might prefer one over the other.
This isn't necessarily a meme but it can certainly be used as one. I came across it while searching for another skull related gif. Decided I'd restore it, just because I can.
The gif is from the music video "Pearl Jam - Do the Evolution (Official Video)", at exactly 2:52. The original gif/post that I came across was simply titled Pilot from "Do the Evolution" by user MATUMBO!
EDIT: I'm unsure whether this counts as a video restoration but just in case I flaired it as a "Restoration"
