Remy is a treasure.

Politics is so nasty nowadays. This video is a good representation of what it’s like.

I mean this argument could've been made against the introduction of seatbelts, mandatory crumple zones in cars, various OSHA regulations, etc.

It all depends on what your personal tolerance to risk is. Evidently as seen by the feelings of America, people risk tolerance to 19 children dying isn't very high.

Not when it happens so frequently, it's becoming the norm and only spends a few days as news headlines before shifting back to what the Kardashians did or the next talent show.

I mean the top headlines are still about the Ukraine War. If the media wants it, they can 100% choose to keep topics in the limelight for far longer than you say.

Remember George Floyd?

We sacrifice the lives of 115,000 people a year in the US so we can have a beer, wine, or hard drink. We accept that 2/3 of rape and domestic violence have alchohol as a primary contributing factor.

Every death as a result if alchohol is a tragedy. As are gun deaths.
