Yes for several reasons, least of which being most of the numbers are wrong.

What we see here is an uninterrupted and unadjusted view of complex issues. It ignores the history of racism that has led to modern cultural and socioeconomic instances. We can talk about slavery and Jim Crow and redlining until we run out of oxygen, all of which have significantly disenfranchised black Americans historically. The lack of context for controls like economic class is also telling. The vast majority of crimes (or prosecuted crimes at least) are committed by people below the poverty line in clustered living spaces. In other words by poor people who live in the cities. Since black people were kept out of the suburbs litigiously until maybe the 80s it makes sense that inner city populations would be largely black. Once we control for things like that the difference in crime statistics by race levels almost too a flat line.

Basically, the video is disingenuous in its purported information and just exists as race bait for white suprematists to jack off to. It entirely ignores the circumstances that created the situations and the reasonable application of the information.
