Why do some of them just have random music like that, while others have actual audio from the video (conversation, songs, etc.)? Even the version of the OP video, when I found it on his YouTube channel, it's just royalty free (I'm assuming) music with no vocals at all.

They don't always want the advertising. They work very hard to create the kind of advertising they want.
Thinking back at the last time I thought of ABBA, their advertising sucks then. I wouldn't be surprised if they're just bitter that some internet random is better at their job than them
They topped the charts with their new album last year. They're reaching the audience they want to reach.
But my point was that enforcing blanket restrictions on the use of their songs on any given platform is far easier than making sure that random strangers are staying on brand for them.
Is it up to ABBA to watch every video on YouTube and make sure Nazis don't try to use their songs as a new anthem, or play them in the background of abusive content they don't agree with, or even just combine them with products they're not affiliated with?
