I think it's more likely that two people independently thought of the same joke than that they copied a Twitter joke with 336 likes from 2019
TBH, That's 336 likes on the post saying "whoops I probably should've put my name on the original pic", not the original comic itself which I can't find. The furry_irl post for it has 1853 likes.
Though one of the comments in that linked post says the joke was also from an even older rage comic, so yeah, looks like you're right.
It's no biggie really, I just think sometimes people aren't aware of how rare original thoughts/jokes are in this internet age. There was an okay chance I ended up being wrong there, was basically a guess
