Could be the up and down arpeggios and accompanying strings? It creates a sort of old-timey-reminiscent ethereal tone, which when added with the sort of nonsensical lyrics can give the feeling of a sort of waking dream.
It was mostly cobbled together by random people on tiktok with way too many instruments and not high enough quality of microphones/speakers. Dissonant notes aside, a group of musicians in a room together (or a single one with a composing software) could fix it up
