I can actually say that there are many Russian isekais with similar stories to an average Japanese isekai plot. There's much less harems, but that's about the only difference between them.
This is totally a thing btw. The genre is called «попаданцы» which roughly translates into “stumblers-into”. This is almost exclusively D-tier literature popular among Russian tankies which usually includes some characters being transported into WW2 and helping Stalin (who of course is shown as a brave leader and not a paranoid tyrant) defeat the nazis.
