Seriously though, Afghanistan is constantly fighting among itself, even while the US was there. Afghanistan will go back to doing what it has done for thousands of years, killing each other.
I read this as the humiliated regime being Biden et al. Maybe it's more of a warning to us than Afghanistan... Not much can be done there.
