Sadly Samus no longer is. In the Super Metroid era official guides and things did say she was 6'3" and ripped under the armor, in modern games like Other M they show her being a small woman, a head shorter than any men, when she's out of her armor, at 35 seconds into this video. In her armor she is about the same height as them, so maybe now they're saying she's 6'3" with the armor...
I choose to reject Other M entirely. Samus is 6'3" as far as I'm concerned.

Not even Nintendo has acknowledged Other M in a long time. I know they're focusing on the main series for the buildup to Dread, but they also made points about how cool and strong-willed Samus is during the E3 Treehouse gameplay, as if to say that Other M's portrayal of her isn't canon.
There’s also a little Easter egg in this if anyone can figure out what it is haha.

I don't usually care for people's art, but if this was the animation for a TV show, I'd watch. Samus looks BA and like she has been through it. CPT Falcon has Robocop feel that is really working. And Ganondorf has a presence you can just feel. It all works together so well.
