I could definitely imagine something like this having occured in real life.

If I'd had these options for my original Gameboy, I'd have worn it in a holster on my hip.

My first thought when scrolling past

I could see an engineer hacking and modifying a gameboy and adding and integrating other tech.

Here is a side view and a close-up.

Erke Lee's ArtStation.

"I was inspired by blender practice products, electronic music synthesizers, drum machines and other equipment 'If I add a peripheral device with music editing function to GAMEBOY, how should I design it?'"

It's 100% unnecessary, but I 100% need it right now.

Have you tried playing Pixel Wave without it? It's necessary. (For real tho, reminds me of the magnifier / light I thought was 100% necessary too)

This is my kind of tech

Looks like the borg are assimilating Nintendo

That’s so cool

I'm planning on making a crt Gameboy soon, I might take some inspiration from this.

Looks like some sort of chiptune making instrument

Hello vault hunter, please take this Echo Communication device.

If 2021 Doc Brown was sent back to 1990, and wanted a smartphone, this might be what he makes to get by.

I wish they would make some old gameboys into convenient to use synths. Sure you can get nanoloop and stuff but I’m lazy.

it reminds me of Metal Gear Solid iDroid

Essential.

Reminds me of nanoloop

Oh my god. Please tell me this is not a render
