I got my ears irrigated by a nurse with a spray bottle with a little tube instead of a spray tip. It was like the size of a WD-40 tube but more flexible so it fit in without poking. It went way up in there and shot cold hydrogen peroxide inside me and it was one of the most borderline sexually climactic experiences I’ve ever had. The wildest things came out of my ears and it felt amazing. 13/10 better than poking stuff in.

Only downside is after that everything was super loud for a bit.

*EDIT: obligatory my highest comment is now about a borderline eargasm. Since people are asking, I literally just went to a walk in clinic and said ā€œI can’t hear, I think I have stuff in my ears.ā€ Talk to your GP, go to a walk in, or order the $12 spray bottle on Amazon and get some cold hydrogen peroxide. Enjoy.

I work in clinical research and we had a patient on their last visit complain of a ear blockage. My coworker was a freak for those things so she got all excited and got the flushing kit ready to do just out of the kindness of her heart. I watched her flush a gigantic ball/mess of earwax out of the kid. He was horrified but then started snapchatting it to his friends 🤣🤢

I have really dry earwax so it doesn’t exit my ear as it should and I just use the drops when I remember but I usually end up getting them irrigated at the doctor’s once or twice a year. The stuff that comes out is absolutely horrific. Like…it shouldn’t fit. There’s no way that much wax fits in my ears. Somehow it gets worse and I always manage to outdo myself.

My wife got her ears flushed at about 32 years old. They flushed out her tubes from when she was a baby and went instantly super sensitive to any sound above speaking volume. Had no idea they could hang around that long, unnoticed and all.

What tubes?!?

Where I am they call them grommets. Tiny tubes that are inserted to hold open the ear canal (?) for babies or kids who have troubles with blocked ears.

Close! They are inserted into a child’s eardrum to keep open a little hole. Ear infections happen in the part of the ear past the eardrum and the pressure built up behind it is was caused them to be so painful. Opening up this little hole gives them relief!

They are inserted into a small incision in the ear drum. The purpose is to help drain fluid in the ears because a child’s ear canal isn’t fully developed. So sometimes it won’t have enough of an angle that allows proper drainage.

PE tubes, stands for pressure equalizer. Prevents build up of fluid in the ear, which can affect hearing and therefore language development in children.

Right? I’m mad your comment doesn’t have an answer yet!

Idk wtf tubes are, and at this point I'm afraid to ask.....

Do the doctors…not..take the tubes out when they’re done with them?

Mine didn't come out, ended up turning in my ear, and caused me massive pain for about two weeks.

My mom didn't like us staying home from school unless we were literally throwing up, so I didn't tell her because it just hurt a little at first because I assumed she would think I was taking it to stay home.

I ended up needing to stay at my aunt's for an evening after dealing with it for like 10 days, and the next day I felt nauseous, my ears were throbbing with pain and it felt like I was on the walls if I got up too fast. My aunt luckily was a nurse and let me stay home and I ended up going in to find out that they grew out poorly.

After that my mom was a lot better about believing me when I had shit going on. With my own daughter, I will let her stay home if she's just not feeling it that day, within reasonable limits of course.

Agreed. I grew up the same way. Didn’t feel comfortable enough to tell my parents I was unwell. They almost always brushed it off. Actually, I recall the one time my mother insisted I didn’t need go see the doctor. Well this was 09’ and I was getting progressively worse. So my grandmother had me call she make myself an appointment and she took me. Turns out not only did I have pneumonia, but I also had H1-N1. I had never been so sick in my life. I was unable to walk, so I’d be crawling. Even after starting antibiotics, I felt like I couldn’t breathe and thought I could die. That whole time my mom refused to admit she was wrong so I was just kinda left to my own devices. I was 17 at the time but still, I was seriously ill.

Now I believe my children when they tell me they don’t feel well. Fortunately they don’t usually want to stay home, so It’s not being used as a way to get out of school.

Some kinds at least just fall out on their own after a while. But Im gonna take a shot in the dark that youre also told to call if they dont.

Most people never realize they've fallen out, so wouldn't know if they should call or not. But their pediatrician will tell them if the tubes are still there.

More often than not, you don’t even realize when they fall out. They’re so little and it’s easy for them to go unnoticed. If they haven’t fallen out, you can still see them in the ear drum when you look in. My oldest son lost one but I could still see the other in his ear whenever checking them. His fell out at daycare and she just so happened to have witness it. But that’s a pretty rare instance.

Nope, they're supposed to fall out!

Nope- they will fall out on the own as the ear drum grows. Usually within a year or two. My sister required a second set of tubes after her first fell out. Come to find out, the surgeon found the back of an earring hanging out in there. No idea how the doctors missed that.

Usually they fall out after a year or so.

Sometimes they don’t and they don’t exactly chase people down asking about their tubes, since, well, they usually just fall out.

I have an ear that seems to overproduce wax a bit, maybe I should request this.

You definitely should. You will be amazed at the difference in hearing quality, balance, etc.

It’s actually small parts of desiccated brain tissue...

Wait…what…I’m horrified

Haha idk if you're serious but just to ease your mind, it isn't.

Okay good lol I’m literally waiting to get my ears cleaned right now and I don’t wanna freak tf out before they get in there

Same. Only every time I get it irrigated (and it’s always only my right ear) I get a an ear infection. Or maybe the infection was already there and the earrigation just earritated it.

That’s wild! Thankfully I haven’t gotten an infection since I was a kid. I imagine it’s probably all the water maybe?

The best pain though is the glorious headache you get from everything being so loud at first

You know the drill, pics or it didn't happen buddy

I don’t have pics but I just followed you on here for next time I get my ears done. You’ll get some juicy earwax pics without warning.

I like you :)

I got one of those DIY ear irrigation thingies off Amazon recently. Seriously, one of the best things I have ever bought.

Use some Otex or other peroxide based dissolver and let it soften the wax for a day or two, providing theres no infection, get that cleared up first otherwise it'll sting. Then go at your ears with the irrigator. The key is to not use anything other than liquids. Nothing solid should ever go in your ear to get stuff out.

I swear I thought some alien had laid an egg in my ear because what came out was like a hard, capsule of ear wax. Like a Seven Seas tablet. And it was solid, like stone almost. I was amazed and repulsed in equal measure.

If you've gone a bit deaf from ear wax buildup then that's likely the kind of blockage that's in there. And it'll come out no problem with one of those kits.

Those are the kind of wax chunks I get! I might have to try that. I always feel like I’m wasting the dr’s time when I go in to get that done. I’ve used a kit from the drug store before but I don’t think I did it right

The key is to have patience and use dissolving ear drops as long as possible. Just keep putting them in your ear until the "crackling" sounds like it's really close to your ear drum. That's when you know the liquid has made its way around the wax and has probably loosened the blockage. Don't touch the ear with anything, even if the peroxide is making it itch a bit. Just put the liquid in and try to forget about it and top it up regularly.

Then when the crackling sounds really loud use the squirt gun thing with warm water and just keep gently sloshing warm water into your ear canal. You might be there for a while, doing it several times. I usually refill the bottle about three times before I get anything. But eventually you'll hear the water on your ear drum, and that's when the magic starts happening and the stuff just starts falling out. It works, like clockwork.

Patience and perseverence and you'll get clear, non infected ears every time. That's the big one for me, not getting infected ears any more.

Its now the only method for me. It's like finding a miracle cure for something I've suffered with for about 20 years now. I wish all this stuff was around when I was a teenager and started getting these deaf ear earwax problems.

Seriously it's like someone invented the toothbrush, but for ears. Now it's fun, and relaxing, like fishing haha.

How does it come out if it "shouldn't fit". Honest question I've never flushed out my ears. Does it come out in chunks somehow?

I have no idea. Usually when I get mine done there will be a few smaller chunks and then one big solid like 1.5inch long piece. Usually pretty thick too. It just feels like that shouldn’t fit in my ear holes, but I don’t know much about ears anyway haha. It usually takes them a while to get the big piece. It actually feels like my ear is taking a dump when it finally comes out.

You may have the ABC11 gene. Thanks TIL!

Feels so disgusting, but I keep reading it again.

He was horrified but then started snapchatting it to his friends 🤣🤢

For all the shit people give kids about being on their phone and other "in my day" cane shaking, this is the absolute proper way to use your phone and technology.

Yeah the nurse flushing my ear was weirdly excited while doing it and then asked me several times if I wanted to see what came out. Lol

There's a reason a lot of people work in medical; they're just weirdos that really enjoy gross stuff 🤣

This explains why the nurse got so excited to freeze off a couple of skin tags when I was a teen. šŸ˜‚

Are you sure it was your ear she was flushing?

How do you go about asking to get your ears irrigated? That’s the dream

"hey, doc, can you irrigate my ears?"

"Sure, your copay is $25."

Yep. Hapes is correct. Just ask your doc. If you are in the US you could go to an urgent care as well. People who didn't have a primary physician would treat the urgent care as their primary instead. So yeah, very few actual urgent cases... I used to do an ear irrigation at least twice a week.

I found a YouTube channel that is just clinical earwax removal using a scope. r/popping stuff right there.

There’s also a r/earwax sub. It’s so, so gross and so, so good.

Gen Z is scary, man

This might have been my friend lol

I had this done once and it was amazing. I wish I could get it done again tbh. I never realized how much my hearing was actually impacted before

Yeah. I really ought to see where to find one of those spray heads and do it myself…

You can buy them on Amazon.

I'm mad because I absentmindedly clicked on this expecting to be taken to the product.

Fuck you. I clicked it. Take your damned upvote.

You beautiful bastard!

I got you Ear Wax Removal Kit, Ear Cleaning Kit, with Ear Washer Bottle, Ear Wash Basin and 12 Pcs Disposable Tips- Safe and Easy Ear Wash System with 2 Options of Soft Pipe and Straight Pipe https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08PDCT31T/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_7KAEVHR7JBEED88BZE2C?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

I am deceased. Well done.

It’s called an Elephant Ear Washer Bottle. We use them in my clinic all the time in patients and they work wonders. Use warm water with some hydrogen peroxide mixed in and make sure not to aim the tip directly towards the back of the ear so you don’t just blast the ear drum directly.

[deleted]

I just bought one of these, I haven’t been this excited to get something delivered in a long time!

[deleted]

Thanks for the hot tip!

I used to do then when I worked at an Urgent Care. I'd get several a week, so not uncommon. Just tell them you think you have wax impacted and at least one MA is going to jump up like "My Turn!" Chances are that MA also subscribes to Dr Pimple Popper. Just saying. :)

If you have a local family doctor you can get an appointment with them. There’s a co-pay of course, but it’s healthy to do it once in a while. I say as I haven’t had mine professionally cleaned in years

I got it done once at and Urgent care but it was with a really old device that the nurse admitted to never having used before and it didn’t work and she spilled water all over my shirt for 10 minutes while trying to do it :/ not the eargasm experience I was looking forward to

Ohhh I had that done a couple of months ago and it almost made me forget the ringing in my ears. Definitely worth the $250 at an urgent care place to find out I didn’t have an ear infection.

Fun story: The only time I’ve gotten that done on my ears was when I was a teenager at my first ENT appointment after a LONG time. For some background info, my right ear is absolutely messed up and its always had issues like infections. As a kid, I got tubes, which helped with the ear infections at the cost of absolutely ruining swimming for me (water in my ear = instant agony). But the tubes were either removed or had fallen out by the time I was a teen. So, yeah, standard ear cleaning appointment, since I was complaining about my ear feeling weird. They go to do the spray on my right ear and it feels like they shoved a searing rod into my ear canal. I was crying, but they tried to keep going, until I literally writhed away in agony. Turns out, the hole that the tube left in my right ear never properly healed, so I just had a huge perforation in my ear drum, a huge perforation that just got blasted with a hydrocannon. So my ENT appointment actually GAVE me an ear infection. Fun times.

[deleted]

Makes me think of Blue Velvet.

Or this: ears

Great movie!

My son had that and his ENT sent him to a specialist to reconstruct both eardrums. The doctor used skin from right behind the tragus to patch the hole. If your ENT didn't refer you to someone to get that repaired, you need to go to someone new. Better yet, head straight for an otolaryngologist yourself.

Edited to add: My son's eardrums both had tons of scar tissue around the holes, which is why the ENT said he wasn't comfortable doing it himself & sent us to a specialist. So I don't know if yours are that bad, but either way, your doctor shouldn't have ignored them & you need to go to someone else.

My Daddy had his eardrum reconstructed before or shortly after my birth, so sometime in the 60s. They used a small vessel/artery from his forearm (still had a tiny scar). He watched them meticulously remove then split the tubular membrane to form an eardrum. He said he was amazed that little piece of flesh allowed him to hear.

I had a tympanoplasty to fixed a perforated eardrum. Horrible experience until they sucked out the cotton that held the graft in. The sensation was incredible. I could hear the cotton being ripped off then a loud vacuum and then birds chirping 15 miles away. All of my senses felt heightened for about a week.

Yup, that’s exactly what I did. Got a surgery, and now my ear is scarred to all hell.

Fun fact: ENTs and otolaryngologists are actually the same thing. One is just the short/easy name for the other. But certainly some are more comfortable with surgery than others, and it's important to have a competent doctor.

You're right, my bad! I was thinking Neurotologist, which is the specialist my son was referred to. But apparently my brain and my fingers were having two different conversations.

Sounds like you’re in for a tympanoplasty!

I know this pain. I have had two repairs on both mine. When they pulled out the packing it was a mile long gauze soaked in dried blood that had stuck to the eardrums. Worst pain in my life. Commonsense should have told them to moisten it first.

Actually have had a very similar experience, almost to a T. My first tubes fell out too soon, so they put in metal T-tubes. Either during those or after they were gone, I had a bad ear infection and went to an urgent care place.

The doctors/nurses there layed me on my side and continued to flush fluids down my ear even why I was crying in pain and my father had to sit there and watch.

When we later went to my actual ear-nose-throat specialist doctor, he was very disappointed in the other nurses and felt sorry for me and told my parents to never let anyone do that again.

Bad experience, 0/10

Same experience. Ear irrigation is barbaric. Never again.

For years I only went to an ENT that used a small vacuum. Now I have a $40 scope from eBay that displays on my phone allowing me to clean my own ears out.

Honestly I might have to do that. I had a miserable ear infection the other week and it was infuriating.

I had the opposite

Thought my ear was compacted. Ringing for weeks, constant pressure and pain. Go and they say it's compacted and want to flush it. they did two spray bottles worth. Didn't help and felt like a knife being shoved in my ear.

Three months later I finally see an ear specialist Dr and after tests and a cat scan turns out my ear canal is full of tissue so they were spraying it full speed into skin in my canal.

Fk. me. ded.

I felt that last part.

Same exact thing happened to me!!!! Worst pain of my life

They should be checking your ears. Clearing some wax then checking for irritation. I have weird shaped ear canals, it was hell when in used to swim. But every 6 months I need to get a nurse to clear my ears.

Don't I know it!

I'd have gone deaf if not for the grommets, though I got them a little too late and suffer some pretty mild tinnitus.

Thankfully I had them removed and the holes healed up, I can't imagine that kind of pain.

Same experience! Tubes as a kid, right one fell out at some point and the membrane never healed properly. A few years later complained to my mom that my ear hurt after swimming, so she decided to clean it out with a cap full of rubbing alcohol poured in. I've had four kids since then and would still classify that as the worst pain I've ever felt in my life. It was like raging hellfire in my ear canal and wouldn't come out.

My gut wrenched at reading your experience. Hope it’s okay now?

You’d think they’d have seen that since it’s their job to notice stuff like that before they ear fuck you.

I have a hole in my eardrum that hasnt healed since i was 6 and had tubes taken out, i have to wear earplugs when swimming and showering, so i agree, many fun times

Well... This got my attention AND interest.

I have learned from this thread that they are about $12 on Amazon. Highly recommend.

I love the feeling of getting your ear unclogged. Not cuz it feels good, but cuz I gain superhuman hearing for the next few days.

my ear canals are shaped such that I need to get this done on a monthly basis. I love it and have been becoming friends with the nurses, who also love doing it!

What's the approximate cost of having this done? Obviously insurance dependent but I'm curious if you've seen a bill.

Yeah my insurance has just about always covered it, but from the one time I needed this when out-of-network, I think it only costs me like $50-60

Whoa, that seems high. Unless there's other stuff involved in your visit we would just charge the copay. Usually $25.

Yeah maybe, I definitely don't remember the specifics. I do think I got this done at an urgent care so this may have just been the overall visit fee

I am also curious, and also wondering where you go for this procedure? Just your typical ear, nose and throat doc?

The nurse at your GP can do it, I would highly recommend it if you’ve never had it done.

As for price just ask about it next time you get a physical, they’ve never charged me extra that I know of.

you can get this done at about any urgent care too if necessary

Your normal doc probably has it, don't need a specialist

Yep, got it done a week ago at my normal doctor in Australia.

🄲🄰this is my dream

[deleted]

After I had mine done, I remember the clicking of my turn signal and my own typing were startlingly loud

I get horrible vertigo when I do it, but my ears tend to get alot of wax in them.

I think i heard this could happen if the water temperature is cold. It should be close to your body temperature supposedly

Correct! Cold water will make you dizzy! Must be warm.

My problem is when it hits the ear drum, I do use warm water but the vertigo will still happen.

I know people are probably laughing at this, but I also experienced a similar borderline sexually climactic feeling when a nurse swiped an alcohol wipe over my fractured ankle after stitches were removed a week post-surgery. I went home and with rubbing alcohol and paper towels repeated what she did over the whole sole of my foot and it was INCREDIBLE but also disturbing because all of the dead callused skin on my foot came off. Best/weirdest pedicure ever.

I wonder what causes that phenomenon because nothing has ever done that to me since lol

I went to go get this done and they said they were gonna just flush it but they never did and they just kept scraping in my ear with a tool and it hurt like hell😭😭

That happened to me too. I made him stop because it hurt so bad. He just prescribed ear drops to take the infection away and sent me off into the cold, dark world alone with an earful of wax. Lol

I had a totally clogged ear from wax, and the relief from that was fucking orgasmic. I feels the loudness part.

I feel like doing that while really stoned would either be the most incredible experience of a lifetime or so horrifying that you would want to hide in a storage unit in rural Idaho and never come out again.

"Drip drip drop there goes an eargasm."

- Outkast

Not gonna lie, I get a little emotional when I listen to Hey Ya. OutKast definitely gets it.

I once cured an ear infection by regularly and persistently using a dilution of hydrogen peroxide. From the wild bubbling that occured each time to the eventual dislodging of the backup and restored hearing, it felt so amazing throughout. Check with your doctor or whatever, but it was one of the most satisfying experiences of my life. I tell people about it every chance I get.

The other year I went to get my ears cleaned due to wax build up that would make my hearing muffled. When I got there they stuck a sucky thing in (it was a pipe that would suck using air, basically a vacuum cleaner for my ear) and it was awful. Well, not awful, but uncomfortable.

When he would poke the pipe in it would hurt a bit, and when he would suck the ear wax it would feel really cold and hurt ever so slightly. I could see the wax on the screen (there was a camera on the tube) which was interesting and disgusting yet satisfying to watch.

After he’d finished i felt like I could hear everything (I’d had the issue for a month or two), from my coat ruffling to cars a while away.

But no the man didn’t suck through the pipe himself before anyone asks

That’s rough. I highly recommend a good dousing. No poking, the tube is basically soft rubber or silicone and the idea is to spray the stuff out, not to vacuum it and have to pry on it.

I’ll have to try that, recently the wax issues have been building up (pun intended) again. Sometimes if I scratch the underside of my ear to scratch the inside, it’ll go muffled. And when I scratch my left ear by pushing that weird flap next to the entrance down, it’ll hurt when I relieve the pressure.

Do you have a link to the one you use?

It’s whatever the walk in clinic had. I just rinse my ears every time I shower now and sometimes use a bit of soap. Haven’t had to irrigate since I started that and my doctors have stopped telling me my ears are filthy. I’d still recommend that getting that first good clean if you’ve already got a bunch in there. From then on I’d say just give a little rinse in the shower. I haven’t had issues getting them to drain so YMMV, if you get water trapped in there that really won’t come out I’d say maybe don’t keep doing that.

Wtf. I do rinse my ears out, and have done since I got them cleaned. I must not be doing it right hahah

You have to have a good shower head with individual, relatively strong pressured streams. Line that baby up with your ear canal and sit there.

You know that thing when you pick a cat up by it’s neck and it forgets how to cat? If you don’t forget how to people for a few seconds while you just sit there and get earfucked by water then you aren’t doing it right.

I’ve been to lots of places that didn’t have effective shower heads for this. It can’t be big globs of water just pounding your outer ear; it has to get waaaay up in there.

That does sound better than sex

There are utube videos of ear wax cleanings . They are in the same league of rabbit hole journeys as , pimple popping , and cow hoof videos.

I had this done once when I had a swimmers ear infection that I just couldn’t shake. It was AGONY but the relief after was unbelievable.

Now I use murine drops to loosen up the wax and then the blue squeeze bulb to irrigate. So. Good.

My sister worked in a doctor's office and gave me one of those spray bottles once. Got destroyed in a hurricane. I miss that bottle.

Aren't you supposed to use warm hydrogen peroxide and water mix (50/50)? If I put cold in it sometimes causes me to become disoriented.

I tried hydrogen peroxide and it was traumatic for me with the pops and such. Never again!

Note: I am a person who does not like to get water or liquids in my ears.

What the hell. I always have a build up of wax and I regularly clean my ears out. I occasionally get clogged ears and ear infections and every time I go to the doctor they take one look in my ear and tell me to come back if it gets worse. I have never been offered a cleaning.

Are you actually cleaning or just getting them wet? Gotta tilt your head into a single stream and get it waaaay up in there.

Hydrogen peroxide and warm water while laying down.

Nah, you need pressure. Takes a few seconds in the shower, laying down takes ages and I don’t think it really does much. I tried it for a while and it never did anything.

you mean you got, earregated

Where do you go for this?

Wait how do I get this done lmao

Oh god yes. Where I went they used something like a waterpik, and I swear I felt the cold water in my eyes but it felt soooo good. Literally one of the best experiences of my life. The stuff that came out was disgusting though.

ears irrigated?

earrigated

NINJA EDIT: HOLY SHIT it's called an earigator!

I got my ears irrigated at a doctor's office as well, they used one of these bad boys and I bought my own immediately. You don't need hydrogen peroxide, with just water it flushes so much gunk out.

https://www.amazon.com/Elephant-Washer-ECONOMY-Doctor-Easy/dp/B07B68DPMT/

I’m throwing my two cents into this one. I have weird shaped ear canals (or so my GP says?) which results in monthly-ish ear cleaning. That thing feels fucking incredible.Everyone I talk to is weirded out, understandably, but it’s like the pressure feeling of the cotton swab but BETTER.

Oh snap I have an ENT appointment next week, I know what I'll be asking for

They also make a small water syringe that does this. Super good and effective, in fact I need to do it tonight. It's a hassle, but I never regret doing it

Best feeling is having a piece of swab cotton stuck inside ear canal and managing to pluck it out with various instruments ...

I had this done last week and it felt good in ways I have yet to replicate.

Damn, I wish my ears could feel like this.

Oh wow just commented to the same dude comparing it to an orgasm and then saw this post lmao. Glad to hear it’s not just me!

i get my ear irrigated like. every 6 months cuz i get blockages… i feel so embarrassed every time seeing the shit that comes out…

So do you just go to an ear doctor for this?

I discovered this witchcraft at a walk in clinic when I woke up almost dead in one ear from impacted wax. I never use swabs but apparently I have very waxy ears.

I can attest, it approaches orgasmic in feeling

How do you even go about asking for something like this?

Go to your gp or a walk in clinic and ask for it. Say you have muffled hearing.

I go to my doctor every year and she uses water, which will then take all the stuff out on its way out

I could never do that. I audibly moan when using peroxide in my ears.

13/10 really sold it for me ngl

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07B68DPMT/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awdb_imm_6P6KC9RHNHHGADSSCT25

The answer to the first question on that listing had me ctfu. šŸ˜‚

What would you do to your ass? Asking for a friend.

Cvs minute clinics will do this too

Thanks. Now I’ve been watching earwax removal videos for 20 minutes

This might explain my hearing problems...

I got that done once years ago

Isn’t that the new flushing that’s going viral theyre doing at spas now?

Man when I get my ears irrigated that shit hurts. I am feeling very swindled on not getting the eargasm experience

Can’t you go deaf if you don’t wash the hydrogen peroxide out? My brother though he used to use this, every morning he’s wake up with a flood of earwax pouring out of his ears.

No, not cold. Unless you want vertigo so bad you hit the floor.

Yep, had this done for the first time about 8 years ago (except they used warm water). Now whenever I go to the doctor I request that they clean my ears out. Getting to see everything that comes out is very satisfying.

I have to get this done every 4-6 months. The thrill has gone lol

It is called the Elephant Ear washer system. Available on Amazon.
