This made me want to be a crime fighter. Thank you.

I used to think the movie Hackers was the worst "fake hacking" type ish.
My god, I was wrong.
I was so wrong.
It's quite a challenge making a mostly sedentary lifestyle seem dramatic and interesting. The cliffhangers of whether or not unplugging and plugging back in the power cord will work in time kept me on the edge of my computer chair.
At least hackers got some aspects of it kinda right (like phone phreaking) and a bit of the culture around hacking (book sharing, etc). Hackers was like the fast and furious of the hacking scene silly and over the top but everyone knew it was just for entertainment. And, to be fair, it's something extremely hard to make look compelling.
This, on the other hand, is just insane...
TV writers have sort of an unspoken competition for which of them can come up with the most absurd technobabble and still get away with it. This was 100% intentional and the NCIS writers knew exactly what they were doing.
More love for Abraham Nixon, he's hilarious.
Lol. Abraham is hilarious. His other videos are great too. The one about being objectified in the park is a favorite.
Omg. ”Must be a redditor”
I’ll never stop loving when they were both mashing the one keyboard at the same time
you know boomers loved that ending
"Thanks, Chief. You've cut off our only method of addressing the attack, and meanwhile he's still tunneling into our dozens of still-running servers."
I mean to be fair, somewhere among the gibberish they did say that the attacker was specifically targeting her computer, not the network.
Oh, I missed that. my bad. Insanity isn't my first language.
Boomers are basically the only ones watching NCIS.
Who knew the whole facility's network was running on that single 110 plug.
