Great playlist with lots of variety! Where do you usually find new tracks to add?
Great playlist with lots of variety! Where do you usually find new tracks to add?
Music and news blogs, underground charts, spotify weekly or mix playlist, playlists by spotify users, youtube.
Great playlist. Thanks for sharing. Based on what I heard you might like what I found over the last year raving in the queer underground. Might be some stuff you like:
The queer underground sounds like a fabulous place, no pun intended.
it is lol. Also, Berghains a gay club. Just sayin'
Check out Dustin Zahn, DVS1 - Minneapolis / Berlin techno gods.. Zahn I think is has a house set at berghain most of the year..
The best thing about Berghain is the fact that it's a gay club. makes the vibe all the better.
I know I'm late to the party here, but I dig your list :) If interested, I'll leave a couple of mine here too.
Hell yeah, I dig these lists
Not sure if you will be able to help, but i have been trying to find the name of a techno/trance song for the past couple of years. The only thing I remember about it was it kinda sounding like a Dracula song and some dude screaming out Iām dying.
Try the Identification of Music group on FB. It's a closed group, but the guys in there I swear are wizards. They find songs based on the faintest of clues.
There's a Facebook group called Identification of Music group or IOM for short. They're really good for that kinda request! Happy diggin
r/tipofmytongue
Much obliged, I should have know thereās a sub for that.
Rule 34-C my friend. If it exists, there's a sub for it.
Keep diggin!
many moons ago I used to get all my music off of livesets.us
I haven't really followed house / trance since the site shut down
Have you heard of Everynoise?
You should have that job at spotify making playlists. There was a video about that lol. Give it a try!!
A google music playlist for anyone that doesn't want to use spotify: https://play.google.com/music/playlist/AMaBXylzVOCNeLqvV7lU0hnFZI9hN431lTtnUSsleuKbST4HGzFpo3A93ZpuQKR1GV9L9iTt1mm5yvINLwgDPdud0wMvWkZKpg%3D%3D
edit: shoutout to /u/rcklmbr for pyportify
MVP
Doesn't work for me. Shows a blank page. Firefox and Chrome, adblockers deactivated.
EDIT: Tried the Apple music link below, works just fine with a preview of each song that was exactly what I wanted.
Same here
+1
Works fine on my android. Opens up Google music
I'm on desktop. And not interrested in a Google music app. I thought it was a link to tha google play website, with a slightly more usable playlist than spotify that not even let me copy the song's titles.
Works for me.
Use Google play music
Not interested, I just wanted to preview the songs. It's alright, I'll do it the hard way.
I'm pretty sure Spotify blocked it or something
I'm on desktop, it opens in my browser, but it's only a blank page.
Apple Music playlist:
https://music.apple.com/es/playlist/techno-2019/pl.u-RRXRu0eap9?l=en
Wow my first gold! Obligatory thank you very much kind stranger.
Well done! Finally a service that let me copy infos about the songs without forcing me to sign up!
Even though I have Apple Music, doesnāt work for me. Am I doing something wrong?
Wow, Google Music. You are the man! Even artists forget to announce their stuff is available on Google Music when it releases. Like they forget it's even a thing... but you have not forgotten us. Much appreciated!!
It's being killed soon and being replaced by YouTube Music.
Wait what? What about all the music I uploaded to my account though? :(
Back them up fam
š¤·āāļø
They have already confirmed playlists, artists and stuff in your library will be carried over. When they officially migrate, your current monthly rate will be grandfathered in.
Does that include user uploaded music though?
I found this. It looks like the stuff may transfer over https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.digitaltrends.com/music/what-happens-to-google-play-music-youtube-music/%3famp
Fair enough. I've already switched to Spotify as it's the same price and I never used the upload thing anyway. I do miss ad-free YouTube though...
I have some shitty music that I made ages ago that I keep on there, I'd better download it I guess :(
[deleted]
I am. Is there a fix?
Haven't found one yet. Same problem
<3
Upvotes vs subscriber count is mighty close
Pro Tip: Load playlist and sort by duration, longest song on top (usually two taps of the duration button). You'll be 50 songs in before you get to a song under 6 minutes. I like my techno dark and long.
ā¤ļø
Cool playlist! Check out Enrico Sangiuliano - moonrocks if you havenāt already. Heās a great techno sound designer
Wouldn't work for this playlist though since it's "underground", but enrico sangiuliano is a beast
I mean, let's be honest, there's a good bit of this playlist that isn't "underground"...
It's not a very defined or useful label
If you can stream it, it isn't ug.
if it were really underground, tiefschwarz, sasha, orbital, tiger stripes, etc wouldn't be on it.
Fair. Although techno itself is still pretty underground as far as electronic music goes.
[deleted]
I'm sorry but I think you confuse techno with something else. Easily done tho ā I know people calling Scooter or Crazy Frog "techno".
Lol no I'm talking about the deep pumping Berlin sound. I've been going to Das Bunker and other legendary events for a while. Techno is mainstream now
Techno as a stylistic genre is often mislabelled and so while I cannot comment on the mainstreamedness of "techno style music" these days, I will say that the majority of stuff tagged as such.. isn't.
Usually not out of anything other than ignorance.
What we mostly refer to as techno is kind of typified by the second wave Detroit sound, which was then picked up (and sped up) in Europe. Maybe it's an unpopular opinion, but I think the hooveresque techno sounds put out by a lot of North American artists and subsequently absorbed into the EDM sound are more Hardcore than techno.
Yes but as someone who has been too Movement and BPM i can assure you with being critical as to what is defined as proper techno it is in fact a main stream genre now.
Hearing it in a lot of night clubs just in your area where you live doesn't equate to the music being mainstream.
L m a o. I love how you're like kicking and screaming this isn't a mainstream genre. Maybe in your bubble it isn't but let me pop that bubble for you - when 12 year olds have it at their birthday parties and commercials start featuring The sound, I'd consider it mainstream
My bubble. Your bubble. I wish it was mainstream in my bubble so I wouldn't have to put up with other shit music that is.
Iam now listening to Moonrocks, and boy this track ROCKS. I will follow him and have an eye on his releases!
Drumcode in general has insane (somewhat commercial) techno beats. Go listen to Adam Fitzpatrick - For An Endless Night (Jel Ford Remix). Iām gonna see Enrico at awakenings festival on June 29th !!
Edit : listen to Astral Projection by enrico as well ! Tu tu tutu tu
I know Jel personally, he's an absolute legend.
Oh wow ! Well tell him some dude from Paris had a great time at a techno rave thanks to his sound and has been listening ever since hehe
[deleted]
A thousand yes lol itās completely insane. Itās gonna be my fifth in a row ahah, awakenings 2015 was my first techno party and first time poppin X.
The artists are all amazing, you got every taste covered. Weāre big techno fans now and itās almost frustrating because so many artists are playing at the same time youāre bound to miss some. The scenes are really impressive and the park is gigantic. Itās really cute, thereās a lake in the middle but otherwise itās all green.
The people are coming from all around the world and are suuuuper nice. Organization is top notch. Honestly nothing bad to say about it, itās been some of the best weekends of my life these past years. Oh and the fireworks at the end are mesmerizing. Go check out the after movies on YouTube to see what it looks like !
[deleted]
Yeah itās insane now, in 2015 I got my tickets like 2 weeks prior now itās sold out 3 months in advance... Never heard of it but have fun bro !!
Enrico sangiuliano is the best dj and producer atm. His new stuff is off the chains
Heard symbiosis live for the first time at a Carl Cox show this past weekend, that track fucking slams.
If u havent already listen to enrico or adam beyer at awakenings 2018 as Adam drops symbiosis as the end and has some sweet tracks in between, even Carl Cox has 2 bomb sets
IMO Cosmic Ratio is the banger off that album: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2AJT9YckZAM
Yeah dude!! He also has a sweeeet guestmix on The Birdhouse radio episode 187 -
Throw it in your playlist!
May I add 993 to this, it's from Blawan. Never get tired of that sound. Thx
Got another one for you! āBlackbirdā - Alex Stein
No offense, but I don't think anybody with releases on drumcode, the #1 techno label, qualifies as underground.
I totally get where you are coming from, but this playlist has an Adam Beyer track (5th from the top). Heās the label boss of drumcode so...
Oh, I dont have spotify so I didnt see but that's dumb, not underground at all lol
I think the playlist is dope, and to a degree techno as a style is underground. Yes it has some large festivals and releases, but your average music fan thinks techno is tiesto, armin van buuren, avicii etc. and your average dance music fan still probably doesnāt really know anything about someone like Adam Beyer besides seeing his name on a festival lineup.
Techno hasn't been underground since 1995.
Just because the average music fan doesn't know what techno is doesn't suddenly mean Drumcode is 'underground techno' .
Underground is a genre of hard techno. It doesn't literally mean stuff that's gone unpromoted or hidden gems or whatever.
EDIT: r/music is apparently not the best place for discussing electronic music.
Underground is not a genre, you are being downvoted because your post doesn't make any sense.
lol, yes it is. I know techno DJs, producers, club owners. I used to produce electronic music. It's a genre of harder club techno.
Ah yes, you know techno DJs, you must be right!
You couldn't be more wrong.
Electronic music has maybe more pedantic genre separations than the metal scene.
In aware of the separate genres and subgenres of electronic music, particularly techno. I'm here to tell you "underground techno" is not one of them
K
I fucking love moon rocks. It is like the bass never goes away and comes in waves. It is such an awesome track.
Dude yes! One of my favorite tunes!
His new album is also fire!
I first discovered him when Prydz opened and closed his Cirez D Essential Mix with his songs about three years ago
Heās a beast. He has some of the most unique sound design in the game. Iād say he and Victor Ruiz are probably my top two
What is a techno sound designer?
Thats what you call a producer when you're scared that other people at the party wont think you're cool.
Thanks for this. Thatās amazing.
Youāre welcome!
Enrico puts out nothing but straight fire these days š
Youāre the guy who made the synthwave for space playlist! I love you.
Thanks mate, good to hear that. I just updated the playlist with a few new songs =)
I need a link
Holy shit i think i found it
https://open.spotify.com/user/aofd3/playlist/4sgUux9hmykyWYmVoe4W6p?si=dLCARkTSRAay66k2lLyl4w
... link?
Search his Spotify username
I adore that spacesynth playlist, been listening to it for over a year. You introduced me to a bunch of sick artists, like Efence and Starcop.
What lo-fi playlist are you most proud of? I see you have several !
Every lo-fi playlist covers a different kind of vibe. If you like jazz vibes go with the Anime Beats one. If you are into sad lo-fi tunes with some vocals you need to check out the sad lofi hip hop one.
I'm into really chill (atmospheric?) lo-fi:
https://open.spotify.com/track/1WRZ8DhNQmacE37Mcoj21f
https://open.spotify.com/track/7dStBhN0AbvcisUF2IePZg
https://open.spotify.com/track/24Jk4wYlLRXI9TUMdkHoMN
https://open.spotify.com/track/0sRg0YVlQNN3klM0NtysR4
would your chill lo-fi playlist be most fitting?
It's a great playlist, listened to it so much it modified one of my daily mixes. Cheers!
Did you happen to make a House music playlist?
No pure House playlist yet but iam thinking about making a Coffee House playlist or something in that direction
Oh wow this is my go to playlist! Good job dude!!
Good morning. Great playlists. I'm the guy that does the darkwave playlist.
https://open.spotify.com/user/1296250304/playlist/2R0OPkOjSI3AzpnC0VCbs5?si=_eRMjI67SHy6LJugAaqatg
I see burial, I upvote
For sure. Burial has a cool instagram too. Or maybe itās Clubroot.
For all the Deezer users https://www.deezer.com/en/playlist/6094888044
Thanks a lot for not leaving us few Deezer users hanging.
Haha, opened up your profile and realised I've been following your Synthwave from space playlist for a while and now I guess I'm gonna follow this one as well =))) Keep up the good work!
Thats great man! Thanks for following - again! =D
I just follows your synthwave from space because I just discovered there was a name for that type of stuff that I have loved for so long, but never looked into finding. Thanks for doing the work for me!
Dude this playlist RULES. Thank you!
Nice dude. Ross from Friends will be blowing soon, can say the same for the whole 'lofi house' genre thing
mate it blew up a couple years back, lofi has been and gone in the house scene
RFF is sick but Lofi house in general is just a bit of a meme imo. Like, Ross is really good because he mixes the lofi stuff in with cleaner sounds to add another dimension to the music, but a lot of the other lofi house stuff Iāve listened to just sounds like normal house where theyāve band passed the master and reduced the quality.
lofi house in general was never a going out kinda genre - if you ever see sets from any of the big artists from that genre like Mall Grab or DJ Boring theyāll always play heavy hitting tech sets because that just makes a better set, thereās still some great lofi house out there but it can never really work in a context of going out to see an act
Yeah, I saw DJ Boring once by chance and he was just playing some fairly generic tech house set.
Iām not really a fan of most lofi house though because like I said, a lot of it uses the ālofiā thing as a gimmick and just sounds like generic house recorded onto a cassette. When you listen to Ross From Friends you can tell that heās thought a lot about which parts of the track should be high fidelity, and which should be reduced quality. R.A.T.S is the best example of it imo, the different qualities of the sounds create a new dimension in the track.
I saw this big black DJ called Carl Cox a few weeks ago, he definitely has potential!
Just seen him play two weeks ago. Super good set, didn't do any Ross from friends tunes though
Amen. Their boiler room is still my favourite
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EIOujmiRskg
Sucks how they cut all the audio for some dumb shout out right in the middle of the guitar solo though. Have some respect for the artists smh.
Cheers mate! Will give it a listen this week!
Sweet thanks! Just followed you on Spotify
I absolutely love your synthwaves from space playlist!
Anyone got a better link to Google play?
Yes, please!
I feel like a lot these are not underground at all... I mean Burial is the second artist there lmao.
Also, is techno becoming popular again? Like how old are you OP?
True Burial is one of the most known on the playlist, but there are also a lot of artists on there which doesnt reached the 1k monthly listeners mark - but are worth a look. Iam 29 years old.
You should check out Uun from the Detroit scene. He has some really good stuff.
Ayyy I know this guy! His name is Ryan and he's from KC, but moved to Detroit for the scene out there. Glad to see he's been getting more recognition out there and even in Europe! Cool guy, and puts out top notch techno.
Never heard of him. Good stuff!
I'm pretty sure I've seen him post in this subreddit too. Good stuff.
Heās actually just remixed a track from a friend of mine Burden - itās called Phi 3.1, should check it out!
Thanks for sharing man!
Do you run dr. Disresepects music selection for his streams?
Or is it just music that you heard on his stream?
Ooohh.
u/landlord44 youāre the hero Iāve been dreaming of
melting my face off
Awesome thanks.
By the way. Is it DI.FM a good source of techno/house etc?
Haha, used to listen to di.fm probably 10 years ago. THEN it was definitely a good source for finding techno and house. I feel like it might be a bit dated today tho, but I can't say for sure.
Hey man Iām a huge fan of your synthwave from space playlist. Thank you for this mix
VVKool
ITT: genre arguments that go nowhere.
Music is what you want it to be. shut up and groove on it
Omg! Curating is just a fancy way of saying mixtape.
I called it curating because i add new releases and remove older ones, so this playlist is always changing instead of being a simple static mixtape
Commented on another users reply, but check out DVS1, Dustin Zahn, & Centrific. Minneapolis, has a phenomenal underground scene..
Obligatory links for the lazy..

This is a gem, thank you. Please, keep it up.
Jeez man I love you so much right now haha
Great list tbh. You have good taste my man.
None of the Spotify links are working for me
You need to install Spotify through the appropriate app store first.
^giggle
Already have but the links don't open in app only to crash in Chrome lol
My man!
Man we appreciate it !
Lol nice, first thing I see is JK Flesh.
Just my opinion, but I wouldn't personally consider this an 'underground techno' playlist - there are some good tunes, but it seems largely made up of popular artists from labels like Drumcode who produce quite an accessible brand of techno (126-8bpm, more EDM style synth buildups etc.).
It's a decent place to start if you're getting into the genre, but I'd recommend checking out releases from labels such as Ilian Tape, Livity Sound, KulĆør etc. for a more underground sound.
This is an awesome playlist, thanks for sharing. I've heard of a few of the guys on the list (Slam, Luke Slater, Mark Broom, Cari Lekebusch, Planetary Assault Systems, Redshape, Sasha, Umek, Oliver Huntemann) which is barely any of them. Had this playing while I cleaned my house yesterday and hardly heard a tune I didn't like. Perfect Sunday vibes!
My fave track so far this year that isn't on your playlist is Marek Hemmann - Bali. Such a feel good tune but more tech house than techno I suppose.
Gonna be having this playlist on rotation for a while I reckon, thanks again! /technoviking.gif
I don't have spotify but I think that Gene Karz, Darpa, and Yannick Fuchs deserve a shoutout on an underground playlist.
I will listen to them - thanks for your recommendation!
Thanks!
Check out everyone from Adam Beyerās Drumcode Label. Awesome artists!
Not underground. That's as mainstream as techno can get
Just offering a new source for good techno artists. I wouldnāt go as far as saying everyone on that label is mainstream.
Iāll throw in Afterlife Recordings as well for people who like the more melodic side of techno
HATE is my go-to label for techno.
I canāt find it on Spotify? Reason why?
I couldnāt get it to come up during search either. Apple just redirects me to the Spotify app in itunes instead of opening the playlist. Just use OPs āaofd3ā profile name instead.
Still canāt find it under the name???
Search on Spotify for Synthwave from Space, this should lead you to one of his popular playlists by that name. From there you can click on his username and see all of his public playlists (there are quite a few, all wonderful!)
Great stuff my friend, you got yourself another follower! Now which of your other playlists to listen to next...?
saw Killawatt and Oflynn and instantly saved this, huge playlist.
Thanks! Will check it out!
awesome! based on what i'm hearing, i think you miggght like Schwefelgelb! check them out!
Nice, thanks!
Not so well known, second track a Burial remix. Ok buddy. :P
For real tho, thanks for sharing, definitely saved the playlist.
Ralph Mirto is my hero. He has some mean tracks.
Thumbnail in the post of the staircase reminds me of all those "hacker for hire"/"darker web" scams all over the deep Web lmao
Followed. Thank you! Will use at the gym later
Dude your profile is sick! Going to work my way through these playlists.
This is exactly what I needed man I've got a 4 hour plane flight tomorrow and this is going to sort me right out
Nice
Do you know The Boom Room ? It is an awesome Dutch radio show which airs on a big station on saturday evening, you can listen to the mixes on Soundcloud. They start with 2 hour of mix and than often have some guest mixes.
What station?
Slam FM, starts at 19:00 but I usually just listen to it on Soundcloud, almost no commercials.
Thanks I will check it out.
Yo you should check Chris Simon out! His label is Pfeiffer and it's gaining some serious steam with techno and house artists. He's on all music platforms. Some serious heat!
Don't Be Afraid artists?
You're the guy, who made that synthwave playlist I'm following since last fall. Great job so far
Saving for later - techno/house playlist
Great one! A lot of songs for me to explore. You should try Klanglos too for some underground.
Thank you so fucking much for that Burial tune. I thought I knew his catalog by now
If I start finding friends theme song remixes in here after a couple months I'm gonna be pissed
Good playlist but I would swap that shitty new version of Sacred Cycles out for the original Pete Lazonby one straight away š¤£š Have saved, nice work mate.
Nice! Following
Aaaaaand now Iām going to drop a half one. Cheers buddy
I do this as well but just for my friends - I've been a long time electronic techno/d&b guy and Ram Records and Kompakt are my two favorite places to get new and interesting choons if you aren't already going there for some new listens.
I wish all of Blawan's stuff was on Spotify. Also Clouds. They'd both fit pretty well in this mix
Tha k you going to check this out at the gym tomorrow morning. Nice to see eats everything on there :D
JK Flesh is not so well known? He's Jesu! He played with Godflesh and Napalm Death
Good selection! Will sugest some songs, if you wanna put it in your playlist.
Sure, suggestions are always welcome
Good stuff on there .HLLW and Anastasia Kristensen. Planetary Assault System is dope too. You should look up Ćen records - FORTE and third wife on there are hot as hell
Loving it. Nice work!
Good one
Ha, funny enough Iām already following your anime lofibeats playlist :p
Dude. Nice.
https://m.mixcloud.com/hamish-gilbert/
cool thanks
Bump.
Hey as someone who ends up just listening to the artists I found in high school and early 20s itās nice to have a playlist like this for the genre I fell in love with in my teens. Just downloaded and will be appreciating your dedication to the genre. Thanks!
i see burial, i upvote
WHITE LABEL NERDS HATE THIS ~~TRICK~~ PLAYLIST!
Followed.
Any John aquaviva in the list?
So I just found out that I follow several of your playlists. Thank you for compiling all of these!

I went to follow you, turns out I already am!
Kinda weird but ive been listening to your dr disrespect playlist the past few days while playing ground war on BO4, you have some killer playlists
So good to hear! Thanks for listening =)
I canāt get the link to work but reading the comments led me to the Spotify synth wave playlist. Itās great!
funny to see this on reddit for me, these are some people I even know personally.
Thats awesome! Tell them a hello by me =)
I will random internet person :) cool that you found them tho!
ahhh far out manā thanks for sharing
Paranioattack by The Faint
That's so sad, hope they get well soon.
Canāt wait to dig through this...thank you
Can we get a username or playlist name?
These links don't work for a bunch of us.
Sure, the name of the playlist is "Techno 2019" by aofd3
Awesome, thank you!
I was here
My Android asked me to login to the mobile version have the website, but when I clicked on download the app it just opened up the app. I'm super curious to play this when I get home
Holy shit, you admitted in public that you spent 2 years dedicated to techno beep boop? I fear for the future of this world. Give me a real musician and his work any day. Analog rules!
This is funny because techno is the genre of electronic music perhaps most associated with analog production
Where's Boris?
He has no new release on spotify
Remindme! 4 days
Awesome playlist thanks! Check out Bogdan Raczynski if you're into drum n bass. Hes the king
But I use Deezer...
Fresh converted from Spotify to Deezer https://www.deezer.com/en/playlist/6094888044
Well played sir. Well played.
Amazing playlist! Not everything is up my alley, but really well curated. That Orbital remix of Maru is incredible. Thank you kind redditor.
( ćć»_ć»ć)äŗŗ(ćć»_ć»ć )
Yo mad respect man, takes a lot of time to compile these playlists and many people are understandably extremely protective about giving them away. MVP
Do you have this as a playlist available on YouTube?
this is all common shit
Check out Studio 7-22!
Posting for later reference.
88 songs in 2 years?
New release come (at the top of the playlist), older ones get removed
If it was on tidal I'd be all over it.
You can use Soundiiz to transfer playlists between streaming apps and it will import all the tracks. I've done it on my Tidal, not sure if I can post the link yet or not though coz I'm a newbie
I had a listen. It's like the music playing from the speakers at 5:30am at the end of a messy house party.
Ah memories
Been listening to Red Sky for a month now. Best I've heard in a while.
have been -"I have been curating..."
I was the 5555 person to like this!! Cool.
Iām down with this
Lol I was already following your DrDisrispect playlist before I was ever on Reddit
Check out DJ Lag from Serbia, he's very neat imo
Cheers, will give it a listen...
It might be greedy, but I followed more than one playlist from your profile.
Holy shit dude you curated synth wave from space too! Youāre doing gods work! Thank you!
Sweet. Thanks.
Awesome
Maybe Gesaffelstein - Opr
Shall I suggest ti add this track? https://open.spotify.com/track/3BiEL2MiPGsw6imQiNAHUZ?si=Oqp0D-3RT5SPLFEQmSbxrg

Thank you ā¤ļø
Damn
My own bass melting-techno playlist. Still curating! Anyone listening yet?
saved and thanks

You should check out CORROID He fits perfectly in this list!

He's also on Spotify and pretty underrated
!remindme 2 hours
Just wanted to chime in with all the others that this playlist is awesome. Thank you!
It's hard to sift through all the stuff being produced for gems.
I miss when Trent Reznor or Thom Yorke regularly blogged about their "Tracks of the Week" for some great 'new' music, back in the day when RSS was still a big thing.
Wow Syclone is sick!
Naive Ted from Ireland....check him out Underground AF
Why are there never soundcloud links :( that's where the electronica underground actually is..
New playlist for Rocket League š
Try Dopeamine on youtube
Is there a recommended "sort by" or should I just shuffle for the next few weeks?
Late to the party but niiice work! Just gave it a follow. Heres a suggestion for your consideration: https://open.spotify.com/track/7xqSlwrHu6mSel7q2kjsWM?si=dNulrnyLQDiMYadJakDQ4Q

Yeah dude , I think your right about jungle/breakbeat classification. The underground scene in L.A. was nuts at the time.I still remember some of the stuff that was spun I guess.. Kicks Like A Mule 1992) The Bouncer
That's got a Prodigy feel to it, love it!
Here's what Prodigy were up to in those days: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ybm8s0DFeB0
It demands I create an account. Really? Post this on youtube, for real.
I added your Synthwave from Space playlist as well. Shit is dope. Thanks!
Thanks for the work you do for the community I'll be tuning in
Sweet list, added some of your other lists as well while am at it. This will make my commute much nicer!
Good looking out. Finding new music to explore is such a joy
Cheers for this, there are a bunch of artists on here I definitely need to hear more of. I'm a little surprised you don't have any Charlotte De Witte or Amelie Lens on there, they've both exploded onto the scene in the last 2 years
Do you have a non Spotify list? I'm one of those old dudes who listen mp3 files.
Why the downvotes? Legit question.
-- Also not a spotify bootlicker.
I am also curious why this is controversial, I like not having to ask a streaming company to play music.
Paying for a service is boot licking?
Yes, I would also be interested in how "underground" my tastes are as well (laughs in Aphex Twin white noise)...
I'm actually just requesting the names of the songs, nothing more, it's weird to curate something inside a walled garden IMHO
Open up the tracklist on Spotify. Then seek out the files.
It doesn't work on mobile. Thanks everyone š
youre welcome

Nice, Iāll give this a listen when I get home
Thank you! Will give it a listen tonight.
Thank you! I needed something like this!
Thanks
Man you have A LOT of playlists for what seems like a lot of obscure moods I didnāt know I needed music for. Are they all mostly EDM or?
They are all different, from indie music over lofi stuff to 80s japanese tunes.
Thatās pretty dope I have to check them out now, good looks
Didnāt wanna be that guy but āEDMā? Seriously?
Yea what about it? EDM being the larger genre with sub-genres like house, trance and techno etc
Personally I use the term EDM in the pejorative, and generally to refer to the shitty, overly synthesised percussive stuff churned our at festivals like Tomorrowland. Mindless and for the masses.
For sure
Would you mind me dming you a couple of tracks from my upcoming release?
Nice. Following now.
been following your Japanese Lofi hiphop playlist for a while, definitely gonna look around your other playlists now, Great work Bruh!
If you ever do a Christmas techno list you need to check out the B2wins spin on Carol of the Bells
Does anyone know how i get this to open in my app? Its just takes me to the spotify website asking me to download or log in
If you click download, it opens Spotify. Or, at least my phone does. š
Ah thank you buddy!
Throw some Cardopusher in there!!!!
You would love Movement festival in Detroit my friend!
First one doesn't sound like Techno, but more Industrial. Interesting list.
Ya it goes a bit in the acid techno, industrial direction. But i thought it might fit in aswell since i kind of dig the tune
Bloop
FOLLOWING ALL TEH LISTS!!1!
Any artists similar to Carl Cox you could advise?
Everyone (besides Adam Beyer) is better than Carl Cox on his playlist
Add my recent track as well. Appreciated.

Man...techno is running a course like disco used to... soon people will be burning the records in one huge pile on a sports stadium somewhere ( if records existed any more )
How come? As a technohead, I'm somehow anticipating the same.
Also, vinyl has been making a revival for quite some time now, and most new techno releases are also released on vinyl.
To tell you the truth, if it wasn't for drugs like " Molly " techno would have disappeared years ago. As a music style it combines very well with drugs ...it needs drugs to survive.
You think? After 30 years it seems to be growing.

Why do these Spotify links on reddit always push me to the App Store in Apple, when I already have the damn Spotify app?
Wow I always thought this was an issue with my particular iphone, fuck this
Can you figure out how to get to the play list? I canāt. :(
Hit the three little dots top right on mobile and then hit open in safari
Edit:have to be within the post I believe instead of looking at in the main feed.
Youāre the man now, dog.
The rest of us are dogs, man.
Guacamole chip stand
That isnāt working. I get the buttons āopen on Spotifyā which then goes to the App Store.
Just look it up in Spotify then, itās called Techno 2019 and itās by aofd3
This worked, thanks! It was driving me crazy!
The real MVP
Good work mate!
Honestly.
If you are using the Reddit mobile app, then tap the three dots on the top right after opening the link, then tap 'open page in safari'. It should redirect you and open the Spotify app right away.
I don't know, but on Android I just click the download app and it then opens the playlist in Spotify. So technically just one extra click.
Soundcloud is like the only app that has it figured out. Thereās a button for ādownload appā and a button for āI have the app, go to itā
Saving space
I just switched phones from Samsung to pixel and it actually open the app properly, this is a weird feeling.
Android reporting in, no issues.
