Check eBay, they will definitely pop up there...but only at random times about once or twice a year. Search "Pokeman" [sometimes it's better to put -card or -cards in the search bar to filter out all the card searches]. They will usually pop up under a giant lot with 15+ other pins [of other various 1st Gen Pokemon].
I used to collect Ekans/Arbok merch pretty hardcore but I slowed down in recent years, but I'll be on the lookout for you since I still browse eBay from time to time!
