That’s the point of this entire plot though. The symbiote makes its host act like an ass by just amplifying everything about them. In comics, Brock becomes an even bigger and shittier bully, Kassidy becomes even more psychotic, etc. In SM3, Parker thinks he’s being cool with his actions even though the audience clearly sees him acting like a dork when he tries so hard and a dick for no reason. It wasn’t accidental. Everything, including the infamous dance, is absolutely intentional.
