There is such a thing as overthinking. I spent a good chunk of my teens and 20s worrying about this, but as I got older and went through some things, I had come to the epiphany that it's just a waste of time. Either A, there's more to it therefore worrying was pointless, or B, there isn't more to it which means I would reach a state where I wouldn't be able to care anyway so worrying was still pointless. Now I find I hardly think about it at all and feel pretty chill with life.
I think understanding that is a very important part of life though. I just boiled it down to whatever happens after is a problem for future me. I realized that the only thing i could do was to make the most of what i have.

My 3080 just recently started doing this shit on mw2. But ive ran it on High in 1080p so i don't see how mine is getting cooked. Maybe. Corrupt driver or some shit
I had something similar to this happen in cod vanguard on my 3080 so it's probably a corrupt driver or engine bug. I wouldn't worry about it and I would try to reset drivers and validate game files. I haven't played vanguard since so I don't know if it's fixed but it was last summer so probably
