Thank you ๐
Very nice, reminds me of Santiniโs baroque gothic architecture.
Thank you! Never heard of that style but I could see what you mean!
It was a style unique to Santini (he practically started doing Gothic revival before it was cool).
This is beautiful.
Thank you ๐
Amazing! You are already better than 99% of "modern" architects
Lol thanks I guess?

See Westminster Abbey triforium as an example. OP's drawing appears to be based off of Thomas Langley's work, an early Gothic Revival design "Gothick" which like other early Gothic Revival buildings were designed in the established styles of the time lightly dressed with ornamental gothic details.
I think itโs really cool that you accurately caught what the inspiration was, just saying.
I was really interested in early Gothic Revival buildings. During and after the Renaissance, gothic architecture was seen as outdated and unfashionable. Only in England did gothic architecture really stuck around in new construction but only when it was deemed appropriate to the setting. (Such as extensions or modifications to existing historic buildings.) The gothic revival began when architects started to experiment with the gothic style when there wasn't an apparent need to do so. Early examples like this typically use gothic motifs entirely ornamentally. This sketch is clearly of a neoclassical temple playfully expressed with gothic details.
The architects are still afraid to stray too far away from the established styles of the time and these buildings are the result. They're unusual curiosities, fantasies, really. They're all very interesting and very unique. These buildings come from a transitionary period so there really aren't a whole lot of examples, because once the gothic revival became more widely accepted, 'true' gothic designs replaced them.
W comment. Thank you
Thank you ๐ itโs based off of a drawing by Thomas Langley titled Gothick Temple like hologei said but itโs also been built and is in Bramham park in the UK.
