There’s not much point to making a rotary grenade launcher automatic. You would just be wasting 40MM’s. Automatic weapons in general aren’t useful unless you’re in a squad or the sort. Automatic fire is great at pinning down targets and laying down covering fire, or in other situations when accuracy isn’t strictly necessary. Automatic weapons aren’t ever as accurate as when they’re fired in short controlled bursts or in semi automatic. Otherwise, you’re just spraying and praying.
If you want an automatic grenade launcher, I suggest using a Mark 19. It’s belt fed and has purpose to being automatic. An M34 is limited to 6 (iirc) rounds, exponentially less than what an MK19 is capable of putting down in a single load. They’re typically mounted onto armored transport like Humvee’s or possibly helicopters for quick and devastating explosive barrages at (relatively) close to medium range.
Furthermore, it’s not really feasible to make an automatic rotary grenade launcher unless you added some unnecessary complex mechanism. Like a G11 or Striker shotgun. (The both of them having to be wound like a clock though their designs heavily differ.) it would be very difficult and a waste of time and resource to use even the recoil of the fired grenades to turn it, unlike recoil operated semi automatic weapons like rifles, submachine guns, pistols, shotguns and the like. Typically, they’d either use the force of the bullet fired itself to drive the slide or bolt back, or use a gas block system like an AR-15 or a Desert Eagle.

Even getting access to an M34 would be extremely difficult, assuming you’d even want to try and own it legally. You’d have to go through the ATF and get a license to own destructive weaponry, which could take an exorbitant amount of time and wouldn’t exactly be too likely to happen. Alternatively, you could try stealing one from a military base or somewhere that stores them. Though, again, if someone is storing grenade launchers, it wouldn’t exactly be a smart idea to go busting in like a crackhead looking for TV’s to sell.

I don't know guns. What's the difference between semi automatic and full automatic?
Semi auto means one bullet fires per trigger pull. Fully means it keeps firing as long as the trigger is held down.

I mean, you could but that would be more difficult than just changing the gun. You can bump fire a lotta semi autos anyways if your skilled enough. It’s not really done because it’s pointless and full auto is basically only used for very specific situations in the military. It’s more so a meme, because it’s illegal.
Not sure if I understood correctly but an attachment that turns your semi auto into full auto already exists, it's called a bump stock and there's a good chance it's illegal where you live (for a good reason)
