Exactly as first conspired

Hood lore

Think I’ll get banned from r/historymemes?

Idk, how Tumblrized is that sub?

This is just the Nazi/fascistic hard times make hard men meme right?

E: Idk why this is a controversial comment. It even uses a similar image.

not nazi but aight

Lmao I mean it’s laughably inaccurate but I wouldn’t call it fascistic

It is used in fascist propaganda because it reinforces an idea of history that has a past golden age, which can be returned to, which is one of the main components of fascism.

I feel like that’s a component of a bunch of ideologies but I get what you’re saying. And I have seen right-wingers use it and make themselves look dumb in the process. Regardless, it’s very idiotic and has some insane “I’m 14 and this is deep” energy

It is, but fascism takes it to nonsensical extremes as it does with literally everything else

Yes but funny and not on an fash sub

Is historymemes a fash sub? I never checked it out

They definitely treat nazis with kid gloves and repeat common nazi myths about ww2 like the USSR using human wave attacks or weird bullshit about over-engineered nazi tanks that couldn't stay running or cross bridges.

Edit: they're not nazis, just dumbasses

Wait it is? I thought the update

It's not completely false though. There was no "golden age," but there's periods of prosperity and times of hardship, and it's definitely related to how good times make people forget that it takes work to keep things good, and then some stupid policies get enacted which fuck the economy.

So much jpeg
