The TIE Interceptor is one of the sexiest flying machines of all time. I’m going to rate it sexiest actually. Just all around insane looking and sounding.

Beautiful. What are all the small forward pointing I guess nozzles? Are those maneuvering thrusters or some such? Not sure I've ever noticed that before.
They've typically been described as targeting sensors.

Oh I'm aware. Been doing this a while now. Best "inside" advice I got a few years back was that Disney, while overly protective of their brands and IP, don't particularly go after the small fish on this level. It's when it's blatant or hard to ignore dollars that they throw up a fit and file. Heck, they're very aware of the conventions that feature unlicensed artists selling off artwork, and do nothing about it.
