Drank a ton, felt sorry for myself, got fat, etc. A year ago I just got up and fucked off into a hiking trail and it's honestly one of the best ways to destress and unwind. Just get up once a week or even every few days and just disappear into the wilderness for a day. Just chill, enjoy nature, get a little high if you want and then go back to work the next day.
